At closing, Richard Wallace Builder will provide a warranty package which includes:

• A one-year warranty on workmanship based on the National Association of Homebuilder’s Performance Guidelines. A book with these guidelines will be provided.
• A Homeowner’s Guide Book to include a list of subcontractors and vendors for your home, including a list of all interior selections and individual product warranties.
• Homeowner care and maintenance tips to help you keep your home in premium condition.
• A final year-end home review, which includes correcting any items covered by the warranty.
