When searching for a lot to build his dream home, McGlaughlin discovered an available piece of land just one block away from Greg Wallace’s home as well as his sister’s. Due to a scarcity of well-placed and available spots, the choice was serendipitous!

McGlaughlin said, “We chose [Richard Wallace Builder] because the ideal lot was for sale. We weren’t going to have this opportunity again!”

The allure of Carolina Beach extends beyond the sandy shores for McGlaughlin. He shared that the lifestyle on the island is unparalleled. It’s hard to beat living a few blocks from the beach and navigating life via a golf cart!
